Cole practices with the firm’s litigation practice group. He is an experienced trial lawyer, having begun his courtroom career at a young age. Cole joined the firm as an associate after having already successfully represented clients in two of the largest class action construction defect suits ever to go to trial in Arizona history. Cole continues to personally represent clients both in the courtroom and in mediations and arbitrations. As a seasoned litigator, Cole focuses his practice on construction cases, including construction defect suits and actions for breach of real estate purchase contracts. Cole has experience handling claims regarding workmanship, express and implied warranties, and multiple-party indemnity claims. He has been particularly successful in guiding clients to favorable settlements in the early phases of lawsuits.

As part of his more general litigation practice, Cole has experience representing clients in cases involving personal injury, premises liability, and products liability, as well as commercial litigation. Cole regularly takes a lead role in coordinating expert witnesses and taking testimony from trial experts retained by adverse parties.
